Please contact us before returning any items.


Returns

In many cases, a physical return is not required.
If a return is necessary, you will be informed accordingly.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and include:

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
